TBA Global designed a high-energy convention that maximized the interaction among the audience, as well as between the audience and presenters.
TBA Global created, developed and outlined the theme “Make the Connection” to emphasize the key relationships between customers, colleagues, and the community. A dynamic general session kicked off the 3 day convention with a personalized DJ and choreographed parkour routine to highlight the importance of connecting with customers from start to finish. We continued to immerse the theme throughout the convention with the designs of electronic invitations, registration, conference signage, print media, program guides and scenic elements. In addition, we produced the event on a 60-foot main stage with dimensional details that also supported 4 additional projection surfaces and satellite stages. Beyond design and set elements, TBA Global was instrumental in managing event logistics, including 3 general sessions, a welcome reception, awards luncheon, farewell banquet, 4 open labs and round table discussions and a 5 hour trade show for networking and professional development.
At the end, the meeting elements garnered rave reviews from the attendees. The QR contact information, which was on each attendee name badge, created a prime opportunity for attendees to experience new technology in a viable format. The link between speaker messaging, workshop learning and walk away tools created an experience that educated and excited franchisee owners. Attendees left Las Vegas with the knowledge and tools to make the connection with future opportunities within their market.
