We created a fully informed learning and performance strategy that centered around a Curricula Roadmap that brought all training elements into compliance, utilized the best adult learning principles, was heavily weighted in experiential learning/role-play, contained built in assessments throughout the program, and had continuity so each segment built upon the previous (as well as across all 4 brands.)
A final Certification Activity and Assessment Tool was developed to ensure that all new hire sales professionals achieved a consistent high standard.
