Train to Win

Although this leading medical device company had introduced hundreds of breakthrough products over the last 80 years, it needed to get its 1,200 outside sales reps trained and inspired to stay on top.

It asked TBA Global to create an event that would focus on product training, give reps vital skills to improve consultative sales efforts, and give them confidence in the Company’s leadership.

With barely six weeks from contract to show date, the staging, production and training unfolded seamlessly. We delivered an innovative program that included engaging videos, inspirational speakers, and effective product demos and training sessions.
