Reach Shareholders & Associates

For the fourth straight year the number-one company on the Fortune 500 list challenged TBA Global to create Shareholders’ and Associates meetings even bigger and better than the years before. (As we had won industry awards for the prior programs, outdoing ourselves was no easy task.) We set out to create a compelling experience for the 3 day Associates events, culminating with the annual Shareholders Meeting which included 16,500 media, shareholders and Associates as well as a worldwide webcast audience.

We highlighted the Company’s financial and cultural success with business sessions, interwoven with Associate success stories.  We celebrated its status as the world’s number one in-store music and home entertainment retailer with a series of performances to rival any Grammy Awards including host Jamie Foxx, Zac Brown Band, Tim McGraw, REO Speedwagon, Barenaked Ladies, Sara Evans, American Idol Winner Lee DeWyze, Mariah Carey, Enrique Iglesias, Mary J Blige and Josh Groban.

The program achieved significant results with shareholders, Associates, media, and executives.

Afterwards, the executive team called this the best Shareholders meeting ever! In an email to executives, the EVP and CMO told our client, “…our ability to keep our culture alive is one of the determining factors of our company’s success. I personally think your meetings have become the single best expression of the culture that we have here … You seem to out-do yourself with every meeting – it’s inspiring and amazing to watch.”
