Put Your Brand In Their Hands

The leader in global money-transfer and payment services was looking to increase brand awareness and educate consumers about the reliability and convenience of its new mobile money transfer services.

They called TBA Global to develop the strategy behind a fully-integrated marketing program that would increase interest and boost adoption of its mobile money transfer services. Our campaigns deployed simultaneously in the UK and Kenya, growing quickly from 8 locations into 155 markets. Our program included strong mobile ‘calls to action’ that were simple and consistent. We then reached our target audience where they lived, worked and played – utilizing both traditional marketing and new media including out-of-home advertising, SMS alerts, downloadable mobile coupons, websites, and grassroots events.

The program was a huge success as expectations were exceeded early in the program in the areas of customer acceptance, transaction volume and transaction frequency.
