Building on the universal language of music, TBA Global conceived, designed and produced a groundbreaking National Sales and Marketing Meeting that created and communicated a sense of shared mission and camaraderie for the newly combined sales force.
We worked with our client to create all production and multi-media elements, including education and training materials and events throughout the four day program.
Combining strategy, humor and inspiration, the meeting solidified the company’s culture and the sales representatives were left highly motivated to accomplish their new mission.
