A leading pharmaceutical brand asked our team to create a sales training meeting to develop its team’s product knowledge and sales skills. Our approach utilized adult learning best practices while making the experience interactive and engaging for the learners.
Since the meeting venue was in Beverly Hills, we built the sessions around the “Hollywood” theme. The sales professionals experienced multiple verbalization activities that required them to be on their feet and present new concepts, information and utilize a new sales aid. Among the performance challenges faced by the sales professionals were Red Carpet Gauntlet, Hollywood Jeopardy, Walk of Fame, and a Knowledge Bowl.
The results? Success! Afterwards, the head of product and market training said “It was such a pleasure working with you and your team!
