A rising quick-service restaurant chain needed to train its General Managers and inspire them to make a career with the growing company. TBA Global was enlisted to help make the inaugural GM meeting a rousing success.

We helped the executive team create sessions and special moments that reinforced the brand’s uniqueness as well as its commitment to employee development. Working with the event’s theme, we outlined the overall flow of content, helped create presentation scripts, and augmented all that content with images, videos, and signage that reinforced the message.

We also helped demonstrate the chain’s commitment to the environment by utilizing a host of waste-minimizing and recycling tactics during the meeting that GMs could then implement in their own facilities.

The details were easy for our client.  We provided an online registration module for the 900 attendees; coordinated air travel and airport-hotel transfers; managed the hotel room block; and handled every logistical element. 

Afterwards, the events team gave our performance perfect scores across ALL categories, stating “Everything exceeded expectations!”
