A leading automaker’s $1 billion investment in a new factory in Tennessee was a critical component of its strategy to boost sales.  It turned to Pico North America and TBA Global to create a Grand Opening event to engage its new employees and welcome them to the family.

With just 9 days between program award to execution, our TBA Global team sprang into action to create the biggest private outdoor Summer celebration that Chattanooga ever witnessed!  We turned the road to the plant into a family friendly, fun trail with something for everyone.  All infrastructure and logistics were provided (power, AC, and restrooms) while not interfering with the working automotive assembly plant.

This event was such a success, there are already requests to make this Family Celebration an annual event!

The vintage cars, spectacular marching band, caricature artists, and bounce houses all made for a spectacular setting. The frozen lemonade and airbrush tattoos were in high demand. The tasty meal, refreshing beverages and snacks satisfied all. The setting allowed for a fun and festive environment for all ages.

Your passion for detail was shown continuously throughout the event, from the strategic placement of lively, colorful decorations to the very attentive staff in and around the tents.

Switchfoot rocked the crowd and the fireworks extravaganza ended the night with a bang. Getting to meet Switchfoot was an incredible touch.
