Our client, a leader in wireless communications, needed to align its entire business to maximize opportunities with key customers. We brought together 3,900 managers from every customer-facing department and united this “Frontline” through a 3-day meeting experience that engaged, educated and inspired.
We orchestrated a cross functional mix so the attendees would constantly be meeting new people and inspired by the new perspectives of their colleagues. Whether in the keynote, breakout rooms, or training sessions, associates in all departments received a mix of customer service, marketing, technology and product knowledge and skills.
Evening entertainment brought everyone together by showcasing all star employee talent.
Our meeting services team worked tirelessly on every detail from all flights, hotel rooms and transportation, pre-registration website (which received more than a 96% ease-of-use rating), on-site registration desk, food and beverage, personalized agendas and signage to keep all associates in the right place.
Post-program feedback was exceptional as associates left engaged and ready to achieve new levels of sales. Afterwards executives called our program “Epic!” an amazing experience, and said it went far above expectations.
