One of the nation’s 50 largest private companies asked TBA Global to create a corporate  anniversary celebration to recognize, reward, and inspire its international high achievers with a weeklong series of events beginning at its Michigan headquarters and culminating in Las Vegas.

We delivered an 8 day celebration that gave each of the 3,800 a very personal VIP experience.

At the company headquarters, the celebration included custom tours, activities, gala dinners, a fireworks extravaganza and private concerts by Wynton Marsalis, LeAnn Rimes, and Sting.

Chartered private jets transported the sales achievers to Las Vegas, where they were wowed by the Welcome Reception, custom choreographed show, and a day of special tours, golf, spa and shopping expeditions. Private performances by Blue Man Group, aerialists Anti-Gravity, legendary singer Tsai Chin and Sir Elton John thrilled the audience.

A large high definition screen was the backdrop to an exciting final awards ceremony where each achiever had their rockstar moment, accompanied by videos, pyro and confetti. The the crowd was blown away when they saw a realistic hologram of the Company’s late founder, which was the first-ever use of hologram technology from archival footage. Hearing his speech further connected the audience to the brand, instilling a sense of pride and purpose.

Our anniversary program received high marks from attendees.  It was such a successful incentive that it increased sales during the pre-program qualification period, and then the following year.
