ConnectiVents(tm) Services Provides Cost Effective and Timely National, Regional, Local and Desktop Communications Solutions.
New York, NY – February 6, 2009 -TBA Global, an award-winning connective marketing and communications agency, today announced three new B2B communications solutions to help corporations communicate quickly with employees, partners and clients.
“While nothing can equal the power and impact of a live event, during these economic times large face-to-face events aren’t always possible,” said Mark Shearon, Executive Vice President of TBA Global. “However communication is more important than ever as companies need to reassure partners and train, engage and motivate employees. Since traditional webinars don‘t have the same impact as live events, we have created the best of both with turnkey packages that can be deployed quickly, still involve face-to-face communication, and cost less.”
TBA Global’s ConnectiVents solution includes affordable regional and local meetings with national meeting connectivity. A series of smaller meetings with streamlined, intensified agendas are held simultaneously, insuring consistency of message and enabling local groups to network and interact after the general session is broadcast from a national site.
“The benefits of regionalizing meetings can be significant,“ added Shearon. “This is a fast solution that builds regional and district teams, reduces travel time and costs, and keeps sales teams in the field.“
ConnectiVents: Regional
In this regional solution, audience members arrive at a series of specially selected hotels, conveniently located around the country to minimize travel times. An aggressive and intense one-day agenda covers all of the material that would fill a conventional two-day or two-and-a-half-day event. The typical audience size at each site is between 150 and 200.
Live executive presentations are broadcast from a central origination site to all general session rooms simultaneously via satellite, and two-way audio enables immediate feedback and interactivity. The origination site could be a corporate headquarters, a hotel or a studio from which speeches, video and presentations are delivered to a cumulative audience of up to 10,000.
ConnectiVents: Local
This local solution is ideal for a meeting that is informational and motivational, such as a national sales meeting or a new product launch. TBA Global will convert a custom network of movie theaters into smaller meeting venues convenient to the audience members. With over 14,000 movie theaters to chose from, this option can draw an average audience of 50-75 at each site so travel time is minimized and district identity is strengthened.
The agenda is a combination of live and pre-recorded HD video elements broadcast simultaneously from the executive origination site and supplemented by local presentations and activities at each theater. Integrated two-way communication with the origination site will allow real-time audience feedback and questions.
ConnectiVents: Desktop
This desktop solution can act as an effective communication bridge between meetings, or as an option to reach employees in the field in remote locations. TBA Global’s solution makes use of the most robust and reliable technology, insuring high-quality transmission and full interactivity. Agendas are retooled and overhauled for the desktop webinars to have the most impact and participation.
