TBA GLOBAL NAMES FRANK GRAYESKI AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Los Angeles, CA (April 14, 2008) – Connective marketing and communications leader TBA Global has selected Frank Grayeski as its Chief Financial Officer. Frank will be responsible for all financial and administrative matters for the company, and will be based in TBA Global’s New York office.

“Frank has an excellent reputation and brings superior operational, finance and technology experience to TBA Global,” said Lee Rubenstein, President and COO of TBA Global. “Personally, I am very excited about his leadership as we continue to evolve our processes and capabilities to support our evolving client needs."

Frank has a proven track record leading organizations, ranging from start-ups to multinationals, to achieve measurable financial and operational performance results through innovations in technology, business process reengineering, and organizational design. He also brings extensive experience in the development of global business strategy, financial and operational due diligence, and merger or acquisition integration strategies.

“I joined TBA Global because of the vision of the organization’s leadership, and the high caliber team that has the strength and depth of a large company but the flexibility of a boutique agency,” commented Grayeski. “The cultural passion for excellence is second to none, and I look forward to continuing to broaden the foundation upon which TBA Global will continue to grow and expand."

In earlier positions, Frank led numerous initiatives where he innovated solutions for improvements in financial operations and information technology with organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Touche, ITT, and International Paper.

At Interpublic Group and Caribiner International, Frank brought a new vision of the CIO role and value, which dramatically enhanced their ability to operate and compete internationally.

Frank is a member of both the American Institute and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts. He serves on the Leadership Committee, and is a former Board member, for the New York Chapter of Financial Executives International. He has served in an information technology advisory role for a former New York City mayor, during which New York City made substantial investments in its information technology infrastructure, resulting in a significant improvement of its service delivery capabilities.

Frank has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and an MBA from New York University.
