TBA GLOBAL NAMES INDUSTRY LEADER TIM MCCORD HEAD OF NEW DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP

New Practice Area Continues TBA Global’s Commitment to Connective Marketing

LOS ANGELES (September 10, 2007) – Connective marketing and communications leader TBA Global has announced the appointment of Tim McCord as Executive Vice President and head of the organization’s new Digital Media group, headquartered in New York City. An expert at blending creativity with cutting edge technology, Tim will help TBA Global clients develop and implement online and interactive projects, marketing strategies, and create custom software tools.

Lee Rubenstein, President and COO, TBA Global states, “Digital media is an integral part of successful connective marketing and training programs that are designed to extend and connect brand messages. Every event has a strategy, and every strategy has a digital component. This is especially important in our new branded content and entertainment group where our online solutions must create enthusiastic communities and extend brand messages. Tim is an industry leader who will continue our thought leadership while delivering workable and innovative digital solutions to our clients.”

During the past 15 years Tim has worked for several leading marketing agencies. He joins TBA Global from Omnicom’s N-GEN Studios where he was Director of Interactive. Previously he was Director, Emerging Channels at Ryan Partnership. Throughout his career he has provided groundbreaking digital marketing and custom software solutions to leading brands including Absolut Vodka, Heineken, Unilever, Gillette, 3M, MLB, Callaway Golf, Nestle Waters and the Campbell Soup Company.

“I am thrilled to join TBA Global, where I can use my industry experience – along with my new team at TBA Global - to address clients’ needs in the Web 2.0 era, and infuse TBA’s philosophy of connectivity into both their online and offline marketing, branding, and training efforts,” said Tim McCord about his new role.

The launch of the Digital Media Group is the third expansion for TBA Global in recent months, and continues the momentum TBA has experienced during 2007. Earlier this year, the company announced the expansion of the Branded Content and Entertainment group directed by veteran branded entertainment expert Brian Murphy. In the Spring, TBA added a Learning and Performance Solutions division. This group, directed by industry expert Leslie Prestoy and a team of senior learning and performance professionals, produces blended custom training initiatives including e-learning, that increase knowledge and skills.
