TBA GLOBAL NOMINATED FOR COVETED SPECIAL EVENTS MAGAZINE 2006 GALA AWARD

LOS ANGELES, CA (December 11, 2006) - Experiential marketing agency TBA Global has been nominated for a Special Events Magazine 2006 Gala Award in the "Best Event Marketing Campaign" category. Recognized for the multi-market consumer program "Random Acts of Cone-ness," TBA produced the summer campaign to support the launch of "The Cone," a new super premium novelty product for Ben & Jerry's.

Filled with the fun spirit of Ben & Jerry's, TBA declared "Random Acts of Cone-ness" week in New York City, Chicago and San Francisco where "Cone Samaritan" roamed the streets handing out full-sized ice cream samples. The "Cone Samaritans" also made stops to local fire houses, police stations and children's hospitals, ensuring "Random Acts of Cone-ness" reached the people who needed it most. "The Cone Zone" served as headquarters in each market and special "Cone Messengers" delivered the ice cream locally, allowing consumers to share a complimentary cone with friends, family, or co-workers.
