TBA ALIGNS WITH TOP INTERNATIONAL EVENT SPECIALIST VOK DAMS GROUP, FURTHER STRENGTHENING WORLDWIDE EVENT MARKETING CAPABILITIES

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 1, 2006) - TBA has announced a cooperative agreement with one of Europe's top international special event marketers, the Germany-based VOK DAMS Group, to create one of the largest global networks of event marketing services. Ranked No. 2 and No. 3 by Special Events Magazine (September 2006), TBA and VOK DAMS are leaders in North America and Europe, respectively. Under the terms of the agreement, TBA will create and produce programs in North and South America for VOK DAMS customers. Reciprocally, VOK DAMS will provide event and live marketing expertise to TBA's North American-based clients for programs in Europe and Asia.

Both companies offer clients complete event marketing solutions, from brand strategy and content development to creative, design, video, production, and program management through postprogram evaluation. With 18 offices throughout the United States and Canada, TBA provides proximity and consistent best practices for VOK DAMS customers.
