LOS ANGELES, CA (August 7, 2006) - Corporate and consumer event marketing leader TBA has announced the appointment of Mark Shearon to its New York team. Effective August 1, Mr. Shearon is named Vice President of Sales, Strategic Events Division. In his new post, he will be responsible for the development of strategic relationships, brand strategies and marketing programs for TBA.

Mark Shearon comes to TBA with an outstanding reputation and more than 20 years of multi disciplinary event industry experience. Prior to joining TBA, Mr. Shearon was Client Services and New Business Director at Imagination where he was responsible for many of the company's global relationships. Among his many achievements, Mr. Shearon was the team leader working with the President of Nasdaq to conceive and program their daily live televised market launch in Times Square; successfully led the Bell Canada executive team on a 12 month campaign to become the National Premier Sponsor of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games; and developed longstanding communications programs with American Express, Ford Motor Company and Samsung.
Mr. Shearon will be located at the New York City office and report to Bob McCormick.
