CORPORATE & CONSUMER EVENT LEADER TBA EXPANDS DESTINATION MANAGEMENT WITH NEW EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

LOS ANGELES, CA (July 10, 2006) - Corporate and consumer event marketing leader TBA has announced the expansion of their Destination Management team with five newly appointed executives. The key hires are part of an ongoing growth strategy and commitment to the destination management space.

"Destination Management has grown significantly within the past year. In order to meet the growing demand, TBA is pleased to expand our team with newly appointed seasoned professionals," states Jeff Kline, Executive Vice President, TBA. "I am confident that our new executives will exceed our client's expectations."

Michael Quatrini is named General Manger TBA's Orlando office. Mr. Quatrini comes to TBA with more than 15 years of industry success as well as extensive event industry experience. Prior to joining TBA, he was instrumental in turning around the Central Florida office for a national event production company. Mr. Quatrini has held high level positions for various companies including the Brazilian Tourist Network, IMAX Theater, Muvico Pointe 21, among others. He successfully founded a destination management company which was later acquired by a national firm. Mr. Quatrini will oversee all operations of the TBA Orlando office.

Robert McKone is named Director of Sales, Destination Management. Mr. McKone comes to TBA with more than 20 years experience within the Destination Management and Travel industries. During the course of his career, he has developed significant relationships with high profile clientele such as Bayer, Sun Microsystems, Citigroup, Merryl Lynch, and Royal Bank. Mr. McKone will focus on TBA's Canadian operations and will work with Canadian companies doing events in the United States. He will be based in Vancouver, BC.

Barbara Cordero is named Account Executive, Destination Management. Ms. Cordero comes to TBA with more than 10 years of diversified event experience specializing in the Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets. Over the course of her career, she has worked with professional conferences and events in the technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and real estate industries. Ms. Cordero joins TBA's South Florida Destination Management team and will be based in Miami.

In addition to the new appointments, TBA is pleased to announce the promotion of Jerold Bean to Director of Operations, Destination Management in Chicago. Mr. Bean is a seasoned executive in the Destination field who brings extensive knowledge from his experience in operations, transportation and hospitality. In addition, Kate Chandler has been named Senior Operations Manager. Ms. Chandler will be responsible for the planning and on-site operations of large scale events as well as supporting the Chicago Destination Management team. They will both be based out of TBA's Chicago office.
