Why is Miami a great destination for corporate meetings & incentives?

Miami is a domestic city with a worldwide flair. With two international airports servicing South Florida, we are usually a non-stop flight away from your participants. Many of our hotels offer everything that a fantastic incentive trip needs from beaches and top restaurants to outstanding golf and a marina.

Tell us about some unique creative ideas?

We create events to take advantage of the weather, beaches and, in some cases, people watching. South Florida offers fantastic opportunities for outdoor dining, such as a beach party at a beachfront hotel. We also set up Catamaran cruises on a privately reserved island for a truly intimate and exclusive gathering. Or, for a fun twist on teambuilding, a tour to swim with the dolphins.

Tell us about an unusual venue.

Miami has a plethora of unique hotels and venues - both indoors and out! We've even created a party in the Everglades with air boat rides and an animal handler for an "Only-in-South Florida" experience.

When is the high season?

February through May are the busiest seasons.

Forgive the Pun – but what's "HOT"?

We can buy out any one of Miami’s nightclubs for your private event featuring a celebrity DJ or band. Most nightclubs provide inhouse production which makes it a great accommodation any event such as a pharmaceutical launch.

Miami's downtown area is quickly becoming a dining mecca with new restaurants opening weekly and a new club district. Downtown Miami is on the rise and fast becoming the place to see (and be seen).

What does this all mean to you?

As a Miami native I’ve seen Miami go through tough times in the late 80’s, but it is completely revived and is now becoming North America’s Riviera…with not only tourists but tourists from Europe and Latin America it is truly an international destination.
