How long has TBA Global operated in Arizona?

2008 marks a big anniversary for us - TBA Global has been providing leading DMC services in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tucson, Sedona and the Grand Canyon for 20 years! This experience means we understand the nuances of our Arizona locations and our sales and operations teams are comprised of veteran professionals that provide flawless creative and on-site logistical support.

Teambuilding events in the Sonoran Desert provide the backdrop for a unique Arizona experience.

They can be a fun, getting to know co-workers as team members, or they can incorporate company goals to test aptitudes for cooperation, innovation and creativity.

Ever wonder if you could find your way back to civilization if you were dropped off in the middle of the desert? Our custom Orienteering Events require you navigate through pristine wilderness, pose for a picture next to a giant Saguaro cactus, learn the natural history of the Sonoran Desert and celebrate victory all in two hours!

Tell us about an unusual venue…

TBA Arizona has access to numerous exclusive private homes, desert trails and venues that provide your guests with an authentic sophisticated Arizona experience they cannot duplicate on their own.

This includes Taliesin West - Frank Lloyd Wright’s School of Architecture desert masterpiece – which is particularly suited for hosting evening receptions and dinners. Wright’s design philosophy was to make his creations harmonious with their environment. Located on 600 acres of rugged desert in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, the complex of buildings overlooks the entire metropolitan Phoenix Valley below. The Cabaret Cinema, Music Pavilion, Seminar Theater, Wright’s private office and the Taliesin West Living Room are linked by dramatic terraces, gardens and walkways. During exclusive evening events, TBA will provide the perfect ambiance enabling your guests to experience yet another fascinating architectural environment.

When is the high season?

Our high season is January thru May with a second season in the Fall – October and November. The summertime is a great value season and an opportunity to experience the destination and fabulous resorts at a greatly reduced cost. The "shoulder" seasons offer a combination of both good weather and value.

Forgive the Pun – but what's "HOT"?

I started writing down all the new conference centers, hip hotels, nightclubs and hotel upgrades and it took 2 full pages! There is a lot of activity in Arizona. Some quick highlights include the Scottsdale Waterfront Project expansion along the south bank of the canal in downtown Scottsdale, new luxury and retro-chic hotels, and renovations at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, The Phoenician Resort, the classic Royal Palms Resort and Spa.

Tucson has its own exciting updates with the new hotels and renovated venues as well as beautiful new meeting space such as the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum which features a glass panel opening to an outdoor balcony that overlooks the beautiful desert vista.
