Retail Sales and Merger Meetings

In the process of merging two great financial institutions, our client knew it was imperative that senior management understand the long-term goals and strategic initiatives, and to effectively communicate them throughout the organization. They turned to TBA Global to help them deliver that message through a global Leadership Conference.

We worked with their team to create an effective general session presentation that communicated the client's goals and objectives through keynote speeches and presentations including panel discussions.

A critical component of the event was to facilitate networking among the top 300 executives. We designed and produced an internal business fair that showcased 25 various departments and provided the opportunity to mingle with colleagues while they learned about the benefits of their new organization.

The event was a rousing success! Both attendees and presenters walked away with a better understanding of the firm’s growth opportunities and the relationships that would achieve the success of the new combined company.

Afterwards, the CEO commented, “Having been at many of these conferences over the last 15 years, this was about as complex as any and it could not have been done better.”
