Our client, a recognized world leader in the treatment of diabetes, was given FDA approval for an upcoming product ahead of schedule. While this was a great achievement for our client, it also presented a challenge - conduct a series of major Investigator Meetings within an extremely short timeframe.

Working closely with our client we coordinated and implemented the details for a series of six events, each with up to 500 attendees. We managed everything from meeting planning and event services to production, collateral printing, web registration and destination management. The program was so incredibly successful it was awarded the coveted Global Excellence Award by our client's worldwide management team, and became the blue print for Investigator Meetings throughout the company.
