50th Anniversary Celebrates Worldwide Success

One of the nation's 50 largest private companies asked TBA Global to create an anniversary celebration to recognize, reward, and inspire its international high achievers with a weeklong series of events beginning at its Michigan headquarters and culminating in Las Vegas. Not only did the ‘show’ elements need to inspire and reward, but each individual needed to receive personal VIP treatment – no easy feat with 8 days of custom transportation, meals, special galas, business meetings and activities for 3,800 VIPs!

Upon arrival in Grand Rapids, a special registration team handled each guest quickly so they could rest to prepare for the celebration that included tours, activities, gala dinners, a fireworks extravaganza and private concerts by Wynton Marsalis, LeAnn Rimes, and Sting.

Chartered private jets transported the sales achievers to Las Vegas. The audience was wowed by the Welcome Reception and custom choreographed show, followed by a day of special Grand Canyon helicopter tours, golf, spa and shopping expeditions. Private performances by Blue Man Group, aerialists Anti-Gravity, legendary singer Tsai Chin and Sir Elton John thrilled the audience.

A large, high definition screen was the backdrop to an exciting final awards ceremony where each achiever had their rockstar moment, accompanied by videos, pyro and confetti. The program culminated with a speech by the Company co-founder, who then asked the group to journey back in time to the founding principles and introduced his late founding partner, who appeared to the delight of the crowd as a realistic hologram. Hearing his speech further connected the audience to the brand, instilling a sense of pride and purpose.
