Hitting the Ground Running

In the past year, a rising quick-service restaurant chain had grown to the point where it needed to hold its first national meeting of GMs, to train them and inspire them to make a career at the company. TBA Global was enlisted to help make the inaugural event a rousing success.

We provided an online registration module for the 900 attendees; coordinated air travel and airport-hotel transfers; managed the hotel room block; and handled other logistical elements. But that’s not all—we also partnered with the executive team to create sessions and special events that reinforced the brand’s uniqueness as well as its commitment to employee development. Working with the event’s theme, we outlined the overall flow of content, helped create presentation scripts, and augmented all that content with images, videos, and signage that reinforced the message.

Further, we helped demonstrate the chain’s commitment to the environment by employing a host of waste-minimizing and recycling tactics during the meeting that GMs could use in their own facilities.

The Results
The company’s CEO, who had worked his way from restaurant employee to the top spot, thought the event delivered exactly what his firm needed, saying "Thanks to TBA Global, the conference was one of the finest moments in our company's history!"
