Strategic Events
When a technology leader was ready to launch its new product, it needed to educate its employees and enhance its customer service training program to anticipate consumer questions.
We developed and produced roll-out events for employees that would demonstrate how these new products would work in actual consumer household settings.
To simulate an actual home installation, we created a living room exhibit with cool, sleek white chrome and glass furniture and a custom backdrop curtains.
To get its employees up to speed on its new technology, we trained brand ambassadors to demonstrate the new products and answer technical questions.
During the events, employees who were seeing this technology for the first time functioned as a test audience. We recorded all questions and reported them back to the corporate office to make sure these questions would be addressed in its retail training.
The roll-out was a success! Our client was extremely pleased with the roll-out, the live presentations, and the consumer-relevant data gathered from the employee questions.
