Recognize Outstanding Achievement

A leading technology company wanted to recognize the outstanding performance of its retail store managers with an inspiring incentive event that would motivate them to achieve new goals.

With only a 4 week lead time, we created an “Oscar award-winning” event that was exciting, inspiring, engaging and fun.

When guests arrived, they were amazed at what they saw. They were treated to a red carpet reception that had the flash bulbs going non-stop with paparazzi-style photographers, our own fashionistas, and a rocking DJ.

To recapture the look of a traditional Hollywood Oscar show, 12 foot Gold Oscar statues flanked the stage, themed original floral centerpieces and high glitz table décor made the room visually inviting. Each stage setting was customized for the location and venue.

The awards ceremony kept the audience engaged with a sumptuous meal, professional emcee, music, inspiring presentations, rousing applause, and photo-ops for all the winners. To keep this “once-in-a-lifetime” alive in the hearts and minds of the target audience, whether or not they attended, all photos and a “memory montage” were posted on the company’s intranet site.

The program was a smooth, seamless production that motivated the attendees by giving each of them the star treatment.
