Strategic EventsWe helped a leading information technology client make its event even more powerful by connecting its employees with - technology.
From a social networking component at registration, to blogs and online videos, we collected user-generated content to make a business meeting more effective before, during, and after the event.
Registration data drove attendee assignments for dine-arounds and other group activities to place people with similar interests together. On-site, interactive badges were preloaded with personalized agendas and then utilized as an audience response system during the sessions, with all answers tallied in real time.
To encourage networking, the badges would “talk” to each other when attendees with similar interests came in close proximity, sparking attendee conversations.
Afterwards, technology-instigated contacts made at the Summit were reinforced with further communications, keeping the messages fresh and continuing the dialog.
