A diversified Fortune 100 financial services company called TBA Global to deliver the company’s new business plan with impact and emotion, while celebrating its top performers at a memorable Leader’s Conference.

An unusual twist to corporate meetings: this incentive program included the families of the top performers! Looking at the unique audience, we created a compelling program that drove home its business objectives from messaging, theme development and staging, special events and final night entertainment.

The Chicago event opened with a “One ‘L’ of a Town” reception that included an elaborate buffet, a Chicago Blues Club, and plenty of networking opportunities. Next, each of the three General Sessions combined inspiration, motivation and the delivery of mission critical messaging. From the nine-piece band that played swinging, upbeat music as the attendees entered the ballroom; to the impressive singers and dancers who took the stage to perform numbers from the musical “Chicago”; to the show’s emcee who took the stage dressed like he stepped out of a 1920’s Chicago speakeasy, the audience was entranced and entertained.

The Closing evening event at the Lincoln Park Zoo treated the families to a wonderful dinner and exclusive access to all the Zoo’s attractions, followed by a rocking grand finale concert by the World Classic Rockers.

The program was a huge success. The agents and their families were informed, inspired and entertained in a highly memorable way.
