When an international pharmaceutical company dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life was ready to expand their U.S. marketshare with a game-changing industry merger, they called TBA Global.
Building on the universal language of music, TBA Global conceived, designed and produced a groundbreaking National Sales and Marketing Meeting that created and communicated a sense of shared mission and camaraderie for the newly combined sales force. Working alongside our client, we created all production and multi-media elements, including education and training materials and events throughout the four day program. We leveraged our local office to provide all the transportation components and on-site destination needs.
Combining strategy, humor and motivation, the meeting solidified the company’s culture and the sales representatives were left highly motivated to accomplish their new mission.
