JOB OVERVIEW:

TBA is looking for proven, experienced Creative Directors in New York and Chicago. If you have at least five years creative experience in the event arena, have excellent writing and communication skills, are able to work collaboratively while inspiring and leading a team to new heights, then read on.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    We want to connect with candidates who can drive the creative process from concept to completion for all TBA business units, ensuring that creative integrity remains paramount throughout the life of the project.

    > The ideal candidate for us is an explorer, a practical visionary. Someone who has created numerous successful live events and brand experiences for significant corporate clients, events such as (but not limited to): Product launches, dealer meetings, user groups, national sales meetings, consumer tours, product rollouts, mall tours, exhibits, experiential retailing, etc.

    > You must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of live audiences, how to reach them and how to move them, how to motivate them and how to change opinions and behavior.
